Hi, I’m Toma!

I left my thriving tech job last year to take a break from the corporate culture and travel the world. During that time, I found myself missing the mentoring I did as part of my job as an engineering manager at Meta.

In my time there, I helped many engineers grow their careers by coaching them to up-level their skills. Ever passionate about hiring, I also led dozens of interview loops and conducted over 200 interviews. These experiences resulted in connections and friendships that continue to this day.

I founded Lupen Labs with the goal of helping others realize their full potential. So far I’ve used my knowledge to help 80+ clients, leveraging my experience to help them build, grow, and get the jobs they want.
